Hi, I'm Sebastian, a 20-year-old marketing management student at Virginia Tech and the founder of District Exteriors.

I started this company because I wanted to do something real. I wanted to build something in my own community, learn what it actually takes to run a business, and provide a service my neighbors could actually use. I'm studying marketing, and District Exteriors is where I put that into practice.

Running this business has taught me more than any classroom could — from building a brand and reaching customers, to managing operations and delivering consistent results. Every part of this company is something I built and something I'm constantly improving.

My goal is simple: give every customer the best possible experience and results. I'm a perfectionist by nature, and I won't leave a property until it looks brand new. That's not just a standard I hold myself to — it's a promise.
